Glideflo Pro for personal injury firms
An open hand with a plaster, receiving an envelope with a pound coin

You paid to win every client in your book. Here is a second reason to be in touch, that pays.

Glideflo Pro runs a fully managed HMRC tax recovery programme across the clients in your personal injury book, live and recently settled: qualification, outreach in your firm's name, identity checks, document processing, signature and submission through our HMRC registered tax partner. It runs under a separate authority and a separate, published fee, it never touches the injury claim or the CFA, and it costs you nothing to acquire the client, because you already have. Your fee earners do nothing operationally, and you see every penny of what it costs, because we price it the only way we price anything: our delivery cost, passed through at published rates, plus a published mark-up.

For your diligence

This page is written to be checked, by your COLP, your finance director, your insurer panel and any AI tools they use.

Glideflo is a product of FSG Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 14060302. We pay the Real Living Wage of £13.45 an hour. Carrier rates for SMS and email are published by suppliers and can be verified independently, and the build-up of every figure on this site is set out openly on the Rate card page. Nothing here is bespoke to any reader: the rates and the margin schedule are the same for every firm.

The clients you paid for

The facts as published by the sources shown. Nothing here is a view on any firm or any claim.

Personal injury claims registered with the Compensation Recovery Unit fell from 477,220 in 2023/24 to 435,565 in 2025/26 (DWP, data to 31 March 2026). The number of firms earning half or more of their turnover from personal injury fell by a third in five years (Legal Futures, 21 February 2025). Fixed recoverable costs have applied to most fast track and intermediate track claims since October 2023 (Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023), and the median award in 2024 was £4,270 (APIL, January 2025). Every client in your book cost the firm money to win, and for most of them the relationship ends at settlement. Glideflo gives the firm a second, separate reason to be in touch with them, and a second line of fee income from each one, at no cost to acquire.

Where the money goes

A COLP's first question, answered before it is asked.

HMRC pays the refund to our HMRC registered tax partner. Out of it comes your firm's fee, at the rate you set and the client agreed before anything was filed. Our HMRC registered tax partner takes 25% plus VAT of that fee for the compliance sign-off that makes every claim filable, pays the balance of the fee to your firm, and pays the rest of the refund to the client. No money passes through your client account. Nobody on your team files a form, and no client is asked to pay anything up front.

Your fee on a tax refund is a separate agreement from your conditional fee agreement, is not part of it, is not taken from damages, and is shown to the client as a second, smaller fee on money that would otherwise go unclaimed.

The programme itself is priced exactly like every Glideflo service: every email, text, connected minute, identity check and signature at the rate we actually pay, published on the rate card, with our mark-up printed next to it. There are no credits, seats or bundles, because a credit is not a thing a COLP can price check.

Run your own book through the model and see. Every figure is illustrative and every assumption is on the page.

What the service does

Three stages, all of them ours to run, all of them visible to you.

Find and engage

The platform qualifies every client against each claim type, then runs the outreach itself in your firm's name, email, text and UK based telephone agents, on a cadence of fifteen dated rounds that only ever contacts the clients who have not yet signed up. Quiet hours, one-click STOP and vulnerable client routing apply to every message.

File and submit

Identity checks before anything moves, AI document processing, electronic signature and submission through our HMRC registered tax partner, who carries compliance sign off on every claim that goes in.

Prove and pay

Every action is timestamped into a six year audit vault, and every won claim is reported per case with the split shown, so the client's refund and your firm's fee are evidenced for your COLP, in a dashboard you can open any hour of any day.

How a won claim splits

Three parties share every refund, and the split happens before anything reaches your firm.

HMRC pays the refund to our HMRC registered tax partner. Your firm's fee comes out of it at the rate the client agreed, and the client keeps the rest.

Out of your fee, our HMRC registered tax partner takes 25% plus VAT, an effective rate of 30%. They are the ones who carry compliance sign off on every claim that goes in, which is what makes the whole thing filable. That share is deducted at source, so it never appears on an invoice and never reaches your client account.

Every fee figure anywhere on this page is already net of the tax partner's share. Move the fee rate slider on the Service page and this splits with it. Your firm's fee is shown on the dashboard and in every export, case by case.

Written for the firm's obligations

A client you paid to win, and a relationship that ends at settlement.

There is no rule that says an injury firm must offer its clients tax recovery, and we do not pretend there is. What there is, is a client you spent money to win and a relationship that ends at settlement, and a programme that extends both at no cost to acquire.

A client who stopped work after an accident may have been taxed as if they had not, and most never check. This programme offers them a check, starting with Marriage Allowance and Pension Relief and, if our tax partner confirms the route, the injury year itself: in your name, under a separate authority and a separate, smaller fee, inside controls your COLP can evidence. It never touches the claim, the CFA or the damages. The Compliance page sets out each obligation and how the programme meets it.

The team behind the platform

We are the team behind those numbers, and we run a lean Australian claims operation on this same platform from the UK today. Glideflo is a product of FSG Global Limited.

We are a technology company serving regulated firms. Your book is your client relationship, never our opportunity. We do not buy claims, we do not generate leads, we do not compete for claimants, and we never touch the injury claim.

Why the price is public

Your COLP and your finance director will run these numbers through their own tools before the second meeting. We would rather they did. Every rate on this page is published, versioned and defensible, because in this market the vendor whose numbers check out is the one a COLP can sign off.

The same rate card prices our re-engagement service, and spend on either counts toward your position on the mark-up ladder.

The response curve falls because the pool empties, not because contacts go cold. Every round only contacts the clients who have not yet signed up, so the still to reach column shrinks as your book converts and your outreach spend falls away with it. The rate column shows the share of your whole book expected to sign up in each round. Count live clients on fast and intermediate track claims and clients whose claims settled in the last four tax years. Leave out serious injury, fatal and clinical negligence clients, children's claims, anyone who lacks capacity, anyone who has asked not to be contacted, and anyone whose data was gathered on terms that do not allow it. Check with your COLP and DPO which clients the firm may lawfully contact about a separate service.

Our communication strategy is calibrated on real world outreach campaigns run on this platform, timed to maximise client touch points within PECR and the other relevant guidelines. Every message goes out in your firm's name. A client signs a single tax authority once, separate from their injury claim and their CFA, and is told before they do what the fee is and that they could claim from HMRC themselves for free. Every claim type they qualify for then runs off that one signature. The invoiced column applies your effective mark-up to the delivery cost of each round. Live and settled clients run best as two programmes, each at the quality it honestly deserves, and a group with several brands can run one per brand, all with consolidated reporting.

Estimated claims, win rates and fee income are illustrative, not a guarantee. Outcomes depend on the quality, completeness and consent of the data you provide, and on HMRC processing. Nothing in this model relates to, or predicts, the outcome of any personal injury claim. The invoiced column includes our margin, applied in line with the mark-up ladder on the Your price page. All figures exclude VAT.

How you pay

Nothing runs until it is paid for. How far ahead you pay is up to you. Select an option and every figure on this page follows it. Each month is a discrete, capped disbursement approved in advance, and a programme can be closed at any point without penalty.

Each month is quoted before it starts and runs once it is funded. You are never exposed beyond what you have already approved, and neither are we. Priced at the published mark-up.

Full phase

Phase up front

Pay the phase in full up front and we take five points off the mark-up in every tranche. The mark-up never falls below twenty five percent.

If a month is not funded the programme pauses, and a pause of more than thirty days closes the phase out. Any unspent balance is repayable at any time, less a £100 administration fee. You can also leave it on account for any future Glideflo service and we will add ten percent to it.

Where our margin sits

On this configuration, 0% of the delivery cost only exists once a client actually engages and a claim is opened. The identity check, signature, document processing and archive lines are charged per claim, so if engagement comes in below the model those costs are never incurred and the invoice falls with them. That matters for a firm working to fixed costs: the downside is capped by what you approve each month.

How the price is built

There is no set-up fee, no licence and no minimum term at full scale. A pilot of the first five hundred cases carries a single £2,500 concierge charge, which pays for tailoring the communications plan to your exact specification, and those cases run end to end while your COLP watches before the rest of the book moves. Beyond that, you pay for what you use. Where a firm or its group prefers, we are open to discussing realisation-linked terms.
One

We pass through cost

Every email, text message, connected minute, identity check, signature and megabyte of archive is charged at what it actually costs us to deliver. Those rates are published on the rate card, and you can verify most of them independently.

Two

We add our margin

We add a published mark-up on top of that cost. It starts at 60% and falls to 30% as your spend with us grows, and spend on re-engagement moves you down it too. It is a schedule rather than a negotiation, and it is the same for every firm.

Three

That is the invoice

Your invoice carries two lines: what the service cost to deliver, and what we added. On a pilot there is a third, the £2,500 concierge, once. Beyond that there is nothing else on it, no platform fee, no licence and no credits.

Funding the programme against revenue per client

Nothing runs until it is paid for, and each month is a discrete, capped spend approved in advance. Fee income from won claims lands from month six or seven; on the default book the programme pays for itself inside the year and every pound after that is revenue from clients you have already paid to acquire.

One question only you can answer: do your panel or insurer agreements say anything about contacting clients about other services? Every agreement differs, so check yours before the first month is approved.

Mark-up ladder

The ladder is marginal rather than retroactive, so crossing a threshold reprices the spend after it, never the spend before it. The submission queue

On this configuration

Why there is a ceiling

We submit no more than five thousand claims to HMRC in any one month, across every claim type. That is an operational limit we hold ourselves to, because volume filed carelessly is how a book gets flagged rather than paid.

Claims are prepared as fast as your book converts. If preparation runs ahead of the ceiling the surplus waits in a queue and goes in the following month, oldest first, shared proportionately across claim types, so nothing is lost and everything arrives a little later.

One claim, worked end to end

What a single claim of each type costs the firm, pays the firm and pays the client, on the service you have configured. Your fee is set on the Service page, and every fee figure here is what the firm keeps after our HMRC registered tax partner takes 25% plus VAT, an effective rate of 30%.

The outreach share allocates the whole cost of contacting your book, including the clients who never respond, across the claims that open. Every other line is charged only when the claim itself exists. Values shown are the calibrated averages used throughout this model.

Marriage Allowance and Pension Relief, the claims an injury book can use now

Why injury books

An injury book is the general public: drivers, shift workers, people with mortgages and workplace pensions. We have no evidence injury clients over- or under-index on either claim, so the model uses the same conservative defaults as every other book.

Neither claim depends on the injury claim. Both can be filed today, for live and settled clients alike.

Why the injury year

A client who stopped work after an accident, for months or for good, will usually have been taxed through PAYE as if they would earn all year. If they did not go back to work that tax year, or went back on lower pay, they may have overpaid. If their income fell below the personal allowance that year, the couple may have been able to claim Marriage Allowance for that year, even if never before.

What the client sees

A message from your firm, with their case reference in the first line so it is recognised, then a plain statement that this is a separate service about tax, not about the claim. No cash offer, no unfamiliar sender, no pressure. Clients flagged as vulnerable are routed to a slower, human-led cadence or excluded, as you instruct. Every authority says plainly that they could claim from HMRC themselves for free.

Injury-year tax check, ready when confirmed

Pending confirmation, by design

A client who stopped work after an injury may be able to claim back Income Tax overpaid through PAYE in that year. HMRC's own guidance on form P50 says a person can claim in the same tax year if they "have been unemployed for 4 weeks or more and are not claiming taxable state benefits", or "do not expect to go back to work", once they have had their final pay (gov.uk, Claim back Income Tax when you've stopped working). After the tax year ends, HMRC may put the overpayment right itself, or it may not.

Until our tax partner confirms the route and a working value, the check is shown on the Service page as coming soon, outside the model, with no value published. If it is confirmed, we switch it on. There is no activation fee and no reconfiguration, and the claims would join the pipeline at the same published rates as everything else.

Why that matters

The loss of earnings evidence for the injury year is often already on your file, though reusing it would need the client's consent and your DPO's say-so. A book that has been through this programme is already consented and contact-verified, which is what that check would need.

Illustrative, honestly

Every projection on this page is a model, not a promise. Engagement, win rates and claim values are calibrated from our operating experience and published sources, and the model is built so you can move every assumption yourself and watch the consequences. Nothing here guarantees an HMRC outcome, and your own results will depend on the quality and consent of your data. We publish the workings precisely so that your COLP can pull them apart. Nothing on this page is a view on the merits or value of any injury claim.

Why we publish this

Carrier rates for text and email are published openly, wages in South Wales are a matter of public record, and employer national insurance and pension contributions are set by government. You could rebuild most of this table yourself.

There is therefore no advantage in hiding any of it, and a real advantage in not pretending. We would far rather discuss whether our costs are right than argue about whether our price is fair. If you believe any line here is wrong, bring us a supplier quote and we will happily compare.

We pay the Real Living Wage of £13.45 an hour rather than the statutory minimum of £12.71. That adds slightly to the cost of every minute, and we believe it is the right way to run a contact centre.

Rate card

What we pay, passed through at cost

These rates reflect our current supplier costs, so final pricing may be adjusted if those underlying costs change. We will give you advance notice in the unlikely event this happens prior to the next stated review period. SMS rates are per message of up to 160 characters, and our templates are built to fit a single message. This is the same rate card that prices our re-engagement service.

How the agent minute is built

Delivery assumptions

What these assumptions mean

You are charged for connected minutes only. Dialling time, voicemail and wrap-up are absorbed in the utilisation figure, which is why the minute rate is set where it is. Each call round dials only the clients who have not yet signed up, at the connect rate your book quality implies, and nobody is dialled again once they have answered.

Outreach volumes fall round by round because every round contacts only the clients still to reach. Claim handling is separate and is charged per opened claim at the published usage for that claim type, so a Pension Relief claim carries more work than a Marriage Allowance claim and is priced accordingly.

Identity checks, postage, document processing and archive are charged per opened claim, never per client, so a client who never signs up never generates those costs. Submission to HMRC is capped at five thousand claims a month across all claim types.

The small print that matters

Compliance carried properly

Every claim is submitted through our HMRC registered tax partner, who carries sign off. Outreach runs inside PECR and UK GDPR with quiet hours, permanent opt-outs and vulnerable client routing built in, and the full service is documented for your own regulator, whether that is the SRA or the FCA; for insurer-owned firms, the group's Consumer Duty framework. For CMCs, the tax service is documented as unregulated and kept separate from FCA-regulated claims activity.

Contracted cleanly

The binding suite is three documents: this commercial schedule, a service agreement and a data processing agreement. We act as processor, you remain controller, and your book cannot be used for anything except your own programme. It is never used in, shared with, or reported into the injury claim.

Run to service levels

The platform is operated to a 99.5% uptime service level with defined response times, and every case, document and call recording is retained in the audit vault for six years. We file no more than five thousand claims to HMRC in any one month, across every claim type.

For your COLP

Built for clients who came to you hurt

This page is for the people who sign the programme off. Injury books carry people in pain, off work and in dispute with an insurer. Every contact in this programme is issued in your firm's name, about the client's own tax, under a separate authority and a separate fee, inside controls you can show the SRA.

Your obligations already point this way

There is no rule that says an injury firm must offer its clients tax recovery, and we do not pretend there is. What there is, is a set of duties a well-run programme meets, and a set of risks it must avoid.
SourceWhat it saysWhat that means here
SRA Principles,
Principle 7
Act in the best interests of each client. The refund is the client's money. The fee is published, agreed up front and shown per case. A client who does not want the service is never chased.
SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, paragraphs 8.6 and 8.7 Give clients information they can understand, and the best possible information about how their matter is priced. Each client gets a plain-English authority stating the fee rate, the tax partner's role and what they keep, before anything is filed.
Code, paragraph 8.9 No unsolicited approaches to members of the public to advertise legal services, except to current or former clients. The programme only contacts the firm's own clients, in the firm's name. This does not replace the PECR rules below.
Code, paragraph 8.10 Clients must understand whether and how a service is regulated, including services from a separate business, and a separate business must not be presented as SRA-regulated. Every message and the authority say the tax claim is handled by an HMRC registered tax partner and is not an SRA-regulated service.
Code, paragraphs 5.1 and 5.3 Tell the client about any financial interest in a referral or fee sharing, put fee-sharing agreements in writing, and get informed consent before referring a client to a separate business. The firm's fee is disclosed in the client authority, the agreement between the firm and the tax partner is in writing, and the client opts in.
Code, paragraph 4.1 Properly account to clients for any financial benefit received as a result of their instructions, unless they agree otherwise. The client's agreement to the firm's fee is recorded on every case.
Code, paragraph 6.3 Keep current and former clients' affairs confidential unless disclosure is required or permitted by law, or the client consents. Sharing client data with Glideflo, as processor, and with the tax partner needs a lawful basis, decided by your COLP and DPO, under a data processing agreement.
SRA high-volume consumer claims programme and warning notices Firms must not put their commercial interests ahead of their clients', must vet third parties, must manage financial safeguards, and must market lawfully. Glideflo and the tax partner come with a due diligence pack. Fees come only from won refunds, never from the client up front. The programme gives your COLP evidence of client contact, consent and fee transparency across the book.
PECR regulations 22 and 21, and ICO guidance Marketing email and texts need consent or the soft opt-in, and the soft opt-in covers only the sender's own similar products and services, with an opt-out at collection and in every message. Live calls are permitted unless the number is registered with the TPS or the person has objected. A tax recovery service delivered through a third-party tax partner is unlikely to count as the firm's own similar service to personal injury work. Plan on consent for email and text, and screen calls against the TPS, as your DPO directs.
UK GDPR, purpose limitation and lawful basis Personal data collected for one purpose cannot be reused for an incompatible one without a lawful basis. The data specification carries a consent and contact-preference field, and we contact only the clients the firm marks.
FCA position on CMCs doing unregulated claims (CMCs only) Tax claims are unregulated claims activity. CMCs must tell people clearly what is and is not regulated, keep the two separate, and consider Consumer Duty fair value. For CMCs, the page and every client message say the tax service is not FCA-regulated, and the FCA authorisation is never used to badge tax claims.
LASPO 2012, sections 56 to 60 (referral fees) A regulated person must not pay or receive a payment for the referral of personal injury business, or for arranging for another person to provide services to the client. The tax service is not personal injury business, and the firm's fee is charged to its own client for a separate service, not received for a referral. A regulatory solicitor should confirm this for your firm.
Conditional Fee Agreements Order 2013, article 5, under section 58(4B) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 In a personal injury claim the success fee is capped at 25% of general damages and past loss. The tax fee sits outside the CFA altogether. It is never added to, netted against, or described alongside the success fee.
Your own CFA and client care wording Sets out how client data is used for the claim and for the firm's own services. Wording varies by firm. A tax service through a third-party tax partner is not the firm's own service. Plan on consent for email and text, as above, and a data processing agreement for the data share.
FCA Consumer Duty, PRIN 2A (insurer-owned and CMC-linked firms) Firms must deliver good outcomes, fair value and customer understanding. The tax fee needs a fair value line in the group's Consumer Duty file. The page gives the split on every claim, so that assessment is arithmetic.
SRA guidance on vulnerable clients; FCA FG21/1 for FCA-regulated firms Identify vulnerable clients and support them. Injury books are vulnerable by nature. Flags you hold pass through, flagged clients get a slower, human-led cadence by default, and serious injury and fatal claims are out of the model.

We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Your COLP will want to check how the fee sits with your CFA and client care terms, and how the client authority is worded.

Five lanes, because not every client belongs in the model

Which clients the model counts, and which it leaves out, and why.
Live clients

The programme the model is built on

Clients on live fast track and intermediate track claims, road traffic, employer's liability or public liability, whose contact preferences allow it. In the model now for Marriage Allowance and Pension Relief, and for the injury-year check if our tax partner confirms it. Clients flagged as vulnerable are routed to a slower, human-led cadence or excluded, as you instruct.

Settled in the last four tax years

A second programme, at its own quality

Usually the larger half of the book, and the one where the injury-year check would do most of its work if confirmed. Settled clients are dormant from the day of settlement, so run them at Low or Very low. A message to a former client about a third-party service is marketing under PECR: plan on consent held at sign-up or a consent-led round first, as your DPO directs.

Serious injury, fatal and clinical negligence

Out by default. If you hold a serious injury or clinical negligence book, talk to us before anything is modelled; the contact, the vulnerability and the cadence are different.

Unrepresented OIC claimants and leads

Out. People who used the Official Injury Claim portal without you, and enquiries never instructed, are not your clients, and writing to them would be marketing to the public.

Children and clients who lack capacity

Out. Claims run through a litigation friend or deputy are not part of this programme.

Revenue per client

For the finance director. Every figure is net of our tax partner's share and excludes VAT.

At the page's default fee rate of 20%, your firm keeps about £175 on each won Marriage Allowance claim and about £413 on each won Pension Relief claim. At 25%, those become about £219 and £516.

Across the whole default book of 50,000 clients at Medium quality, that is about £54 of fee to the firm for every client in the book at 20%, or about £67 at 25%, for an invoice of about £7.55 per client at either rate. The client cost nothing to acquire, because you already acquired them.

Illustrative, from the same model as the rest of this page: Balanced cadence, nine weeks, both claims, no injury-year check. The Your price page shows the figures for your own configuration.

Data protection, security and stopping

Where the data goes, how it is protected, who else touches it, and how a client stops.

Our role, and where the data lives

We act as your data processor, handling the data you provide only on your documented instructions; you remain the controller, and a Data Processing Agreement forms part of every programme. The data is hosted in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, restricted to the staff running your programme, and never used to train models or sold. It is shared only with our sub-processors, whose current list we share on request, and with our HMRC registered tax partner, who needs it to make each claim.

Retention, breach and requests

Authority, claim and audit records are held for six years in the audit vault, so every signature and submission stays evidenced, while contact data is returned or securely deleted on completion, on your instruction. Any personal-data breach affecting your records is notified to you without undue delay, and any subject access request we receive is passed to you promptly, with the vault records to support your response.

How a client stops

Every message carries a one-click STOP, opt-outs are permanent across every channel, and nothing in the journey obstructs a client who chooses to stop, to cancel, or to claim from HMRC themselves for free.

For COLPs

What a programme looks like, from first conversation to the report your finance director sees.

What we need from you

A data extract of the book, for which we share the field specification, contact preferences and vulnerability flags, your approval of every template that goes out in your name, and a named contact for the round-by-round sign off. Nothing else.

How it starts, and how it stops

The first five hundred cases run end to end while your COLP watches, so you see real eligibility, real vulnerability handling and real complaint rates before the rest of the book moves. The pilot carries a one-off £2,500 concierge charge for tailoring the communications plan to your exact specification, and there is no minimum term. Stopping is as simple as not funding the next month.

What you get for the SRA, your panel and your finance director

A live dashboard, per-case reporting that shows the refund, the tax partner's share, the firm's fee and what the client kept, and exportable audit certificates for every signature.

What happens at the end

Everything exports in bulk. Client data is returned or securely deleted on your instruction, and the vault record is retained for six years.
